Resident was admitted to our nursing facility with discharge prior to
initial assessment( to an acute care hospital) a few days after admission.
Tthis is not a medicare a client. Upon return to the nursing home an obra
admission assessment was opened. Should the admission date on this
assessment be the date of initial admission or the date the resident
returned to the nursing facility? The admission assessment will not be
completed within 14 days or the first admission to our facility.
