Rena did answer this particular issue about 3 weeks ago; you would code a "3/2" under eating (sect. G) if the resident received this type of assistance 3 or more times in the look-back period. Your computer will automatically assign a code of "3" to self-performance to this ADL (even if you code as 0,1, or 2). I am the person who submitted the original question ("IV Vanco - 200 cc q day") because I was shocked by my resulting RUG score; the RUG went from RVB to RVC and the ADL indext (on paper) was only "15".
