We have a resident who has Psychosis & is
currently refusing her medications (states the nurse is trying to poison her),
this is not new for this resident, but the care plan dept. has learned
(from talking to the resident) that she will take it from a trusted CNA. Now if
the nurse sets the meds. up, observes the entire event & signs the
MAR, is this is ok? Thanks...
