It sounds like a surgical wound gone bad. I would code it as a surgical wound.

Is this considered an ulcer in M1? Is it a stasis ulcer in M2? Or is it only a surgical wound? Appears as non-healing, nonviable tissue. I don't believe pressure played any part in this.
