I just have a hard time accepting that it would be correct to code pain less than daily when the resident clearly states that they have had pain every day, some days worse than others.     Holly F. They are to have a clarification out soon for us. Different sections of CMS are saying different things so your consultant may not be incorrect. Joy Laudick RN
