Hi all,
I need help with the following scenario:
We have a pt working on trunk control. Physical therapy starts by
getting the pt sitting, then activities come in and have him do an
activity while physical therapy is working on the trunk control .
We need to know how to correctly count minutes (I did not see REC
therapy as one of the disciplines included for the co-treatment example
in the RAI manual)
Can Physical Therapy count the entire time (they are working with him
the entire time) and Rec count the minutes they are providing the
activity--altho it is happening at the same time as PT. or is there a
problem with us counting the overlapping minutes?
Thanks,
Karen
