But then do you have somewhere where you document the time? to validate it
for on the MDS.  We use the hospital's RT department and I don't know if I
can get them to document the time that it takes them.

I have never put it there but I have put it under respiratory therapy
acknowledging the amount of staff time involved per day (if meets the
criteria >15 minutes).  Most of residents aren't very independent so
usually it fits.
