We just had our annual survey last week and surveyors stayed for 5 days. They focused on:

Careplans, Falls , investigations for skin tears and abuse, MDS assmnts. I was asked about why did we do COC and I pretty much answered them because I know the resident. No concerns with MDS. So right now, I am just resting here at home after that long week with the surveyors.
