Subject: RE: Pass-through
medications
Pass
through meds are meds which will be paid for by Medicaid. The Pharmacy should
bill Medicaid for those meds directly. The facility is not responsible for
those meds. In New York, many of the HIV meds and some antipsychotic meds are
included in this. I imagine that the meds covered under this would vary State
to State. I'm sure if you contact your pharmacy, they can provide you with a
list of meds that are pass through for your state
Good Morning group,
Does anybody know what are pass-through
medications? Bogda.
