How would we code a resident who requires food to be chopped up and guidance with lifting utensils and bringing food to the mouth? The new August revision gave a similiar example and coded it a 2/1. We are trying to figure the logic. If he needed limited assist with feeding, it would still seem it should be a 2/2? Is this a mistake or is it really a 2/1. I must have clarification.
