Billy,
Today is the last day to correct your CMI. You need to send the MA change form today.
You have 5 business days from today to send the CMI report to the state. So, send
your MA change form today. Then pull down the corrected CMI report, check it, then
have your administrator sign it and send it to the state tomorrow. If , for some
reason, the CMI report does not show the change after you transmit the MA change form
, call Myers and Stauffer and they will help you. It is important to do that MA
change form today. The UMR team will look at the date stamp of when your facility
learned of the MA change so will know that this resident should appear on your CMI
report. You CANNOT ignore it. Just send the MA change form and send in the new CMI
with this resident included.

Hello to All,

I am an RNAC in Pennsylvania. I just received a 162 in my box
this am. It was received in the business office on 12/12/03. Today is
the last day that I have to send the CMI in. If I complete the 162
form and submit it to the state I will not have my new CMI by the end of
the day. Should I wait and input the 162 tomorrow. I need help I am
not sure how I should proceed.

Thanks,

Billie Stewart, RNAC
