When was the medication started and what behaviors was the resident exhibiting to warrant the medication?   Did your pharmacy consultant pick up that there wasn't a diagnosis? Who follows up on his/her recommendations to se they get done?   Read F 329 Unnecessary drugs. I think you will find what you need there. Your Pharmacy Consultant should have the information you need, too.   Good Luck!
