When a Significant Change in Status Assessment
is completed for a Part A resident outside the window of a regularly scheduled
PPS assessment, it must be dually coded AA8a=3, SCSA, and AA8b=8, OMRA.
See page 2-39 of the RAI User's Manual, 2nd paragraph under "Combining
Assessments."
