Pressure ulcer vs. stasis ulcer

Please tell me how you would code a resident that has an open area on their ankle and they have a diagnosis of peripheral vascular disease. Would you code this as a pressure ulcer or a stasis ulcer? What would you use to back up your reasoning for coding this?   Thank you, Carol
