Can't you usually get the company that provides the nebulizers do the inservice, or provide the inservice materials?

What we usually do is have someone come in to inservice and train staff.  The inservice attendance serves as the evidence that the nurses have been trained.

does anyone have a competency they use to check nurses off for respiratory treatments?
I am just beginning to use resp. rehab and have never done this before. How do you show your nurses have been trained as stated in the rai manual????
