I have found this discussion group is very very useful since I learned how to manage it:         1.  Access it very frequently.  Small doses is much more manageable.         2.  If time is short and this group is low on your list delete everything from the first menu without even opening the email.         3.  Open only those emails which you think might be pertinent to you.
