I have a Med A resident out to ER over a midnight returned at 4 am that
morning. For MDS I know that I do not do a dc tracking or reentry tracking
and I just bump the days. My biller is discharging her and readmitting her
in her system. Is that right? I just wanted to be sure. If that is correct,
when does the biller do a medical LOA coding if ever?
