There are specific state regulations that will apply so you need a state
specific resource as well. Medicare Part B pays for outpatient therapy based
on CPT codes and does not require any additional certification form a SNf in
order to provide the services.

Can someone direct me to a source for information on Outpatient rehab
guidelines??  Our facility is set up to do outpatient therapy for those
Medicare A residents who are discharged home with outpatient therapy orders.
