Thank you sometimes it
just gets overwhelming.

Subject: Re: Rug level
I have those days also.
Projected minutes always go into Section T, not actual minutes/days.
Actual minutes/days delivered by your ARD go into Section P for each
therapy
discipline.
To reach a Rehab Medium, actual therapy minutes do not need to be delivered by
the ARD, but the Projected minutes/days must equal at least 240 minutes and 8
days in the first fifteen days of the Medicare A resident's stay.
To reach a Rehab High you must have actual therapy minutes delivered and
captured in Section P by the ARD, plus Projected minutes/days. You would have
to have provided at least 65 actual minutes for Section P and projected at
least 520 minutes over 8 days within the first fifteen days of the Medicare A
resident's stay.
I know this is probably more than you needed to know because I have those days
also where I just need a little nudge, but I couldn't help myself.
Forgive me I am having a brain $%#$% On the 5 day
therapy min to reach your rug level of say a rehab med does it go on actual min
or projected min.
Thanks in advance. Lisa
