Yes. I would say that this would have been a skilled service.

Subject: wellness

Hello Everyone,

I have a resident that exhausted his 100 days on 9/11/03. He was
recently sent to the hospital in renal failure and was started on
dialysis. I was reviewing resident's chart to see if he had a 60 day
wellness. Upon my review resident was noted to have a stage 4 decub
with a daily tx from 6/23/03 until he went to the hospital on 1/8/04.
would this mean he did not have a 60 day wellness?

Thanks in advance for all help

Billie Stewart, RNAC
