Back to that resident who might be HMO or might be Medicare! What do I put in the billing secitons of the mds? I'm thinking I'm answering my own questions. I should just submit it as HMO and if they decide that she is medicare, then submit a medicare PPS mds from the info on the admission one???

submit as hmo, but do the assessments as you would for medicare just in case
