Carylyn,thanks so much for the recent download from CMS.It helped to simplify an
aready confusing situation.I believe I read that later this year that CMS will look to
change the format of our usual denial letters.I believe that would be very helpful to
the consumer.The current wording is not user friendly.Thank you again
