I can tell you that Becky just read me your e-mail asking this question. She didn't know the answer but asked me. She said that she wrote back to you that I said what the answer was. Did she really do this? We have a double amputee and we put her height from head to where the amputation is. Then a note was put somewhere in the note about her being an amputee and the dietician should have this in her notes.
