I just want to clarify that the Care Plan is not necessarily due on day 21. The Care Plan decision in Vb3 and Vb4 is due within 7 days of the completion of the RAPS, therefore, if you do your admission assessment and RAPS with a 5 day PPS or it is completed let's say on day 12, then you have until day 19 only to complete the care Plan decision, etc. Day 21 is only used if you actually complete and sign off the Vb1 and Vb2 on the 14th day.
