I am preparing an in-service
for all staff regarding the RAI Process (I want them aware of what it is &
what is required... also housekeeping, dietary & laundry may see sig.
changes & need to know what to report) and if anyone has any ideas or
prepared info. they would be willing to share, I would greatly appreciate
it. I also am preparing extensive in-services for LPNs regarding
charting by MDS (terms & needed info) standards. If anyone has any
ideas/info. on that to share I would appreciate it. I will be off Monday
so if you send it & I do not respond promptly that is why.
