I just started at a new facility and I need some input from the group. I have a data input person and I am not used to this. I have always entered my own MDS's printed them as soon as I was completed. Signed that day and put on the chart, so I never had to see what day exactly I was doing it. I know I for a 5 day it would be on the chart day 6 etc. With a data entry person the whole process seems to take so long.
My question is What day does the MDS have to be on the chart? I can not find it in the manual.
Does anyone else have a data entry person? Could you tell me how it works out?
