If a resident returned fr the hospital with dx of partial abdominal obstruction and fecal impaction, should it be coded in the DX section as S/P fecal impaction? I know that It has to be checked in the section for continence in the last 14 days for fecal impaction because the incident happened within the last 14 days. Thank you.
