After 4 years of working on our SNF unit as DON, MDS co-ordinator, staff nurse, and general "go-to-guy", I am going back to being a staff nurse. I appreciate everyone's help on this discussion group, for all the insight, and support.

I will tell the person that follows in my place about how helpful you all have been. I appreciate all of the AANAC, and what it has to offer.

Although I'm still uncertain where we will be in the near future, I know it will involve with direct patient care. My wife and I are considering a move to the northeast, possibly in Vermont. Yes,  I know it was 70 degrees here on Monday, and freezing up there, but we would like to be closer to our family. If anyone has clinical experiences there, or any advice, I will welcome it.

Gary, if you are reading this, I guess you can remove me from the mailing list, since I only have a few more days with this unit.

Good luck to all of you in the future!

Cliff
