I have a resident who had a stage 4 pu on her foot due to poor circulation that became
infected and the resident was sent to the hospital. She was always total care in all
areas including a G-Tube feed. She returned to us s/p amputation of the affected leg.
My question is does she need to be a significant change as there is no change in any
areas, ie;ADL, cognition, continence, etc.She is very stable and site healing well.I've
been going back and forth with this and could use another opinion. Thanks.
