WRONG...WRONG and again WRONG.
No facility, nurse, or therapist should ever put a blanket statement on a MC discipline; each treatment and case is dependant upon the resident.

I have had residents that can walk 200' and remain on MC as it was needed...then again, others were taken off at 75'.  If you can remember nothing else with MC...remember this....Each case is unique and each facility is required to contstantly monitor and observe for effective treatments to ensure that the MC is necessary and reasonable for the covered stay.
