Just to avoid confusion - the CMS Nursing Home Quality Initiative (NHQI) site and the QIO's MedQIC site both contain official material related to the enhanced set of quality measures.  The user's manual from Abt, the contractor on this project, is posted on both sites, as is some of the other material, plus the QIOs also have a resource manual similar to the one they provided when the QMs went national at the end of 2002.

Both sites provide very helpful information.
