RNAC documentation

Hi,     I am looking for a documentation tool for when I do an MDS.  I use the progress notes now, but I want something that stands out.  Sonething that wont get thinned with the rest of the progress notes.  If anyone has something please email me privately.     Thanks!!!!!   [EMAIL PROTECTED]
