When projecting for therapy on a 5 day medicare mds,   it calls for at least 65 minutes.  Does it have to be 65 minutes of ONE therapy discipline?  or can it be 65 minutes of combined therapies?   say 30 minutes of PT and 35 minutes of OT?   Thanks
