Need help from the group...please provide documentation.
When a MCR A resident is skilled for therapy only and therapy discharges .... is it ok to automatically skill every resident 3 days after therapy discharges for observation?
Our therapy manager is stating that we should, the MDS department feels that it would be on a case by case basis. Some residents would be unstable enough to warrant continuing on MCR A, but most would not.
