One of our management team members recently attended a seminar sponsored by the
National Institute for Health and Human Services called "2004 Regulatory Update". One
of the handouts she brought back was titled "CMS Drafts New Investigative Protocol for
Urinary Incontinence". I am trying to find out more information about this. I haven't
noticed any changes in the RAP or in the guidance to surveyors. Where else should I be
checking? Has anyone else heard about this??
