The ADL's are incorporated into each RUG category in some way.  Go to
Chapter 6 of the RAI Manual for a look at the RUGS worksheet which will walk
you through how the ADLS affect each RUG category.

I was curious as to how bed mobility, transfer, eating, and toileting
are coded?

I know that the CPS score is set to 6.
