Correction Needed?

During a 14 day admission assessment I realized the last MDS Co. put this particular resident's height in at 38 inches. After taking my class at Assessment University I learned (a lot) that all admission heights must be taken on admission not from the FL-2 (I think this is what happened previously)well the resident was 58 inches. Does a AT correction need to be done? Thanks
