Medical Records tracks the physician certs. They put them in
envelopes with the date they need to be mailed. Then are mailed on that
date and marked off the list when they are returned. Let me know your fax
number and I will fax you the form that I use to track my PPS assessments.
Actually, since I am responsible for all MDS', I use this form for all to ensure
that I have not lost one somewhere.
