Thanks for your input. That is basically what I did, but just wanted to be
sure. I had read the manual and felt I was right, but........
I just agreed to do the scsa and chose not to fight the surveyers. As I
said, they were nervous nellies because the Feds were trailing them and
watching every move they made.
