We are currently using a 3 page flowsheet with mostly areas to checkoff for
daily charting. We are looking to revamp. Does anyone have one they'd like
to share? or would share comments on checkoff charting for medicare?? We
are thinking we'd like more narrative charting, but yet need to provide
"clues" for the nurses to key into as they assess. Thanks in advance.
