As long as they have a three day stay in hosp., and their evals show that they need 
it. You can also skill for pneumonia, or other conditions if they meet the criteria 
for "skilled nursing".

Are you covering patients on Medicare if their reason for
hospitalization was medical (pneumonia) and they come to the
facility for therapy because they are too weak to go home?
If so, what diagnosis are you using as your Medicare
diagnosis?
