I have never had this situation and I am unsure how to code. Resident
is able to sit independently 4 out of the 7days, the rest of time he spent in
bed. His conditioned declined and we were doing comfort care until he
expired. Would I code sitting balance as a 2 or a 3? Thanks for your
help.
