I am leaving my job as an RNAC where I have been for almost 3 years and moving on to
another facility to start ALL over again as an RNAC, this time in a Catholic home
where I am hoping for a more compassionate crowd of people. My present position was
great until there was a change in administrators. Now the DON and administrator are
SISTERS and find fault with everything. I really like the job but I won't tolerate the
treatment.
