It's Monday and my mind is already gone. Scenario: Our pt has PT
ordered for transfer training and ambulation. So far, she has only been
able to stand in the P bars--no walking has yet taken place. What do I
code in T2a. b.c.d and e. Or do I leave them all blank since she has not
yet walked?
