On page 8 of this document, there is a web site listed: http://qa.cms.hhs.gov/manuals/104_claims/clm104c06snfhelp.pdf as a "SNF Help file listing HCPCS codes". But I'm not having any luck getting it to work. Does anyone have any suggestions?
