Had a resident admitted for IV vanco therapy. She has pulled out her
PICC line, and it will not be going back in. She had diabetes with
severe fluctuation in BGLs. She is on daily insulin with frequent
monitoring. Order changes have been necessary, but not daily. Can we
skill for the insulin injections and sugar instability?? She is
basically independent with her ADLs.
