Yes,I continue with the schedule until the FI makes a decision.Our state MDS person
told us we could submit these MDS or hold onto them until the FI decided the claim.I
have gotten into habit of sending them.When my FI wants info[Mutual of Omaha]they
always request copy of MDS pre and post denial letter.If they are cut right after
therapy ends then you are locked into doing Omra 8-10 days later,but if they are cut
due to nsg issues I try to find a Rug that is in lower groups so as to back up my
decision of custodial care.
