consolidated billing question

We just admitted a resident to our Medicare census who is a dialysis patient with wound care.  She had to go to a surgeon yesterday for an ultrasound for a graph placement.  She is also being seen by a Wound Doctor.  Are we responsible for these charges? We think we are. Thanks for any help.
