Resident admitted with two pressure ulcers in September. Mds in October coded as two stage II ulcers. MDS coded in January as having no ulcers. QI ending Jan 31 still has her as a low-risk pressure ulcer. Is she going to continue to have that for the entire six months since it is considered a sentinel event?
