Section P on page-205
states:
Physician Orders: Includes written
telephone, fax or consultation orders for new or altered TX. Does not include
standard admission orders, return admission orders, renewal orders,or clarifying
orders with out TX change.
I have not listed PT/OT orders as they
are usually clarifying or an extension of the same order without change
which I consider a renewal.
I may be on the wrong path, anyone have a different
thought?
